INGREDIENTS:
- Potatoes 4-5 Large
- Butter 5-6 tbsp at room temperature plus 2 tbsp melted for garnish
- Salt to taste
- Whole Milk 1 and 1/2 cup
- Freshly ground black pepper
METHOD:
Serving Size: 3-4
Boil the potatoes in a large pot until they are tender.
Mash the potatoes with a potato masher.
Pour hot milk and melted butter over the mashed potatoes and beat with a whisk until they are smooth and creamy.
Season the mashed potatoes with salt and black pepper.
Serve mashed potatoes warm, topped with grilled chicken breast and pickled onion curls. Drizzle with more melted butter on top.
