INGREDIENTS:
- Pumpkin Flowers 4-5
- Gram Flower 4 tbsp
- Rice Flower 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
- Water as needed
METHOD:

Cut the stems of the flower and take out the stamens. Wash and clean them.
Make a thick and smooth batter of gram flower and rice flower.
Heat oil in a pan. Dip one flower into the batter and put the coated flowers in the pan
After one side turn golden brown flip and cook the other side.
Once done serve hot with tea.
