INGREDIENTS:
- Cauliflower 1 medium-sized
- Green Peas 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes 2 pureed
- Onions 2 chopped
- Ginger Paste 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
METHOD:
Serving Size: 3-4
Wash the cauliflower and separate the florets. Grate them and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions. Add the tomato puree and ginger paste and stir-fry for a minute.
Throw in the dry spices and continue sauteing for 30 seconds. Add the grated cauliflower, green peas and salt. Stir-fry until the cauliflower is cooked, and the mixture is almost dry.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with peas pulao and beetroot raita.
