INGREDIENTS:
- Bananas 3 ripe
- All-purpose Flour 1 cup
- Baking Powder 1 tsp
- Fennel 1/2 tsp crushed
- Sugar 2-3 tbsp
- Salt a pinch
- Milk 3/4 th cup or as required
- Oil or Ghee for cooking
METHOD:

In a bowl, mash the bananas. Add milk, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
Add all-purpose flour, milk, and crushed fennel seeds. Gently mix until just combined. The batter should be thick but pourable.
Heat a skillet and brush ghee or oil on the pan. Pour a spoonful of the batter into the pan and spread it.
Cook the pancake on a low to medium heat. Flip and cook until golden brown.
Finish with a light dusting of powdered sugar, spoon over the banana and orange compote, and serve warm with honey, maple syrup, or caramel syrup, and fresh fruits.
