INGREDIENTS:
- Basmati Rice precooked 2 cups
- Garlic 1 tsp finely chopped
- Basil leaves 3-4 roughly torn or dried 1/2tsp
- Parsley leaves 1/2 tsp (dried)
- Oregano 1 tsp (dried)
- Coriander Leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
METHOD:
Serving Size: 4-5
Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Once done add parsley, oregano, basil leaves, and chili flakes.
Add salt and pepper to the herbs. Add the cooked rice and coriander leaves to the pan and mix well to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Serve herbed butter rice with creamy garlic chicken and cucumber and tomato salad.
