Grilled Basa Fish

 INGREDIENTS:

  1. Basa Fish Fillet 6-8 pieces
  2. Garlic Cloves 6-7 
  3. Paprika Powder 1 tsp
  4. Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
  5. Lemon Juice 1 tsp
  6. Butter 1 tbsp
  7. Coriander Leaves a handful
  8. Mixed Herbs 1 tsp
  9. Salt as required

METHOD:

Serving Size: 4-5

Make a paste of coriander leaves and garlic. Marinade the basa fish fillets with salt, garlic and coriander paste, mixed herbs, paprika powder, lemon juice and 1 tbsp oil. Set aside for 30 minutes. 

Heat oil and butter in a grill pan. Add the fish pieces and cook until golden brown on both sides. 

Serve grilled basa fish fillet with sauteed veggies and tzatziki sauce.

Lyonnaise Potato

  INGREDIENTS: Potatoes 500 grams peeled and sliced into 1/4th" thick roundels Butter 3 tbsp Vegetable oil 3 tbsp Onions 4 thinly sliced Paprika powder 1/2 tsp Parsley 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder to taste Coriander stalks 1 tsp finely chopped  Salt as per taste METHOD: Serving Size: 3-4 Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Peanut butter and Chickpea Patties

  INGREDIENTS: Chickpeas, 200 grams cooked Potatoes, 200 grams boiled Peanut Butter 2 tbsp Onion 1 chopped finely Garlic 4-5 minced Ginger 1 inch grated Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder 1 tsp Paprika powder 1/2 tsp All-Purpose Flour 4-5 tbsp  Salt to taste Sugar a pinch  Oil  Coriander Leaves chopped 2 tbsp METHOD: Serving Size: 5-6 Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan and saute the chickpeas. Add the garlic, grated ginger, and onion to the same pan and cook until golden.  Transfer the chickpeas to a large bowl, add the mashed potatoes, peanut butter, onion, garlic, cumin powder, paprika powder, salt, sugar, pepper, and coriander leaves.
