INGREDIENTS:
- Bread Slices 4
- Hung Curd 1/2 cup
- Carrot 1/4 cup grated
- Cucumber 1 thinly sliced
- Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
METHOD:
Serving size: 1-2
In a bowl, mix hung curd, grated carrot, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mixture evenly on one side of each bread slice.
Place 4-5 cucumber slices over the mixture. Cover with the other bread slice.
Serve it as is for a cool and refreshing sandwich or toast it lightly on a griddle with a touch of butter for a warm, crispy version.
Serve the cucumber yogurt sandwich alongside crispy potato wedges, boiled eggs, and a bowl of tomato soup or ketchup.
