INGREDIENTS:
- Garlic Bread 1 pack
- Tomatoes 2 medium, finely chopped (remove seeds if watery)
- Green Chilis 1-2 finely chopped
- Basil or Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp finely chopped
- Oregano or Italian Mixed Herbs 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
- Chili Flakes 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Cheese Sauce or Cheese Spread 1/2 cup
METHOD:

Mix oregano, chili flakes, black pepper, and chopped coriander leaves into the cheese spread.
Slice the garlic bread diagonally, about ½ inch thick. Toast or bake lightly until crisp and golden.
In a bowl, mix chopped tomatoes, herbs, chilis, salt, and pepper.
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese or cheese sauce over each slice.
Spoon the tomato herb mixture onto the top.
Garnish with chopped basil or coriander leaves on top and serve hot, paired with grilled chicken breast and sweet corn soup.
