INGREDIENTS:
- Shrimp 500 grams peeled and deveined
- Cajun Seasoning 2 tsp
- Garlic Cloves 5-6 minced
- Salt as required
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
- Smoked Paprika 1/4 tsp
- Red Bell Peppers 1 small, thinly sliced
- Lemon Juice 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves, chopped, for garnish
METHOD:
Serving Size: 4-5
Marinate the shrimps with a pinch of salt and Cajun seasoning.
Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a wok and add the shrimps and red peppers. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until the shrimps are lightly browned. Set aside.
In the same wok, add the remaining butter. Add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
Return shrimp and bell peppers to the skillet. Add black pepper powder and oregano. Toss well in the garlic butter for another 30 seconds.
Drizzle lemon juice and top with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve garlic Cajun shrimp stir-fry with steamed basmati rice, sweet corn salad, and pickled onions.
