INGREDIENTS:
- Spring Onions 1 cup finely chopped
- Coriander Leaves, chopped, a handful
- Gram Flour (Besan) 6-8 tbsp
- Rice Flour 2-3 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Onion 1 thinly sliced
- Green Chilis 2-3 finely chopped
- Ginger 1 inch grated
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Salt as required
- Water as needed
- Oil for frying
METHOD:

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients to make a slightly moist, thick batter. Add 1 tbsp of hot oil into the mixture. This gives the fritters a crispy crust.
Heat oil in a fry pan. Make small balls of lemon size. Press gently to flatten them.
Shallow-fry or deep-fry on each side until light golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with either garlic chutney, coriander chutney, or sweet chili sauce.
