INGREDIENTS:
- Pomfret Fish, whole, 2 pieces cleaned
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2-3 tsp
- Coriander Powder 2 tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
- Green Chili Paste 2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Tandoori Chicken Masala 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- Rice Flour 1/4 cup
- Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
METHOD:
Marinate the fish with all the dry spices except the rice flour and breadcrumbs.
Mix the rice flour and breadcrumbs in a plate.
Heat oil in a skillet. Dab the fish in the mixture and place it in the pan.
Fry the fish on medium flame. After a minute, flip the fish and cook till they turn golden brown.
Serve pomfret fish fry paired with a light salad.
