INGREDIENTS:
- Green gram beans (Green Moong Dal) 2cups
- Yellow Lentils (Yellow Moong Dal) 1/4 cup
- Bengal Gram (Chana Dal) 1/4 cup
- Rice 1 cup
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Green chilies 3-4
- Salt to taste
- Oil for greasing
METHOD:

Blend the green moong dal, yellow moong dal, chana dal, rice, green chilis, and cumin seeds in a blender to get a coarse mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add salt and water to make a batter of dropping consistency.
Heat a griddle and grease it lightly with oil. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the griddle and spread it evenly to make a thick circle of 6 inches in diameter.
Cook using 1/4th tsp oil till it turns golden brown from both sides. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
Serve green gram bean dosa hot with tomato chutney, green chutney, or coconut chutney.
Adding rice, yellow moong, and chana dal gives extra crispiness.
