INGREDIENTS:
- Boondi (Fried gram flour balls) 1 cup
- yogurt 2 cups
- Cumin powder roasted and crushed a pinch.
- Red Chili Powder 1/4 th tsp
- Onion 1 small finely chopped
- Coriander Leaves 1 tsp chopped
- Green Chili 1 finely chopped
- Salt as per taste
METHOD:
Serving Size: 4
Beat the yogurt in a bowl and add boondi. Add salt, red chili powder, onion, coriander leaves, green chili and cumin powder.
Mix it well with a whisker and serve.
If you like crunchy boondi raita then add boondi directly to the yogurt and serve immediately.
