INGREDIENTS:
- Ground chicken 500 gm.
- Panko breadcrumbs 1 cup
- Processed cheese 1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise 1tbsp
- Minced garlic 1 tsp
- Chopped onions 1/2 cup
- Salt as per taste
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Oregano or Italian seasoning 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
METHOD:
Serving Size: 4-5
In a bowl mix all the ingredients with ground chicken until thoroughly combined.
Roll 1-inch sized meatballs. Deep fry them and serve with any sauce or dip of your choice.
Alternatively, you can bake them for 20 minutes or until the meatballs are browned and cooked through.
