Grilled Cottage Cheese (Panner Tikka)

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Paneer cubes 500 gm
  2. Capsicum 1 cut into chunks
  3. Onion petals 1/2 cup

FOR MARINATION:

  1. Yogurt 1 cup
  2. Mustard oil 2tbsp
  3. Garam masala powder 1tsp
  4. Salt as required
  5. Chili powder 1tsp
  6. Ginger paste 1/2tsp
  7. Garlic paste 1/2tsp
  8. Roasted gram flour 1tbsp
  9. Fenugreek leaves crushed 1/2tsp

METHOD:

Serving Size: 5-6

Prepare a marinade using all the ingredients in the marination list and mix well.

Coat the paneer cubes, onion petals and capsicum cubes with the marinade. Keep aside for 5-7 minutes.

Insert the marinated paneer, capsicum and onion petals into skewers.

Roast them on a hot skillet or grill in oven.

Serve hot with mint chutney and freshly sliced onions with lemon juice sprinkled on top.
