INGREDIENTS:
- Paneer cubes 500 gm
- Capsicum 1 cut into chunks
- Onion petals 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Mustard oil 2tbsp
- Garam masala powder 1tsp
- Salt as required
- Chili powder 1tsp
- Ginger paste 1/2tsp
- Garlic paste 1/2tsp
- Roasted gram flour 1tbsp
- Fenugreek leaves crushed 1/2tsp
METHOD:
Serving Size: 5-6
Prepare a marinade using all the ingredients in the marination list and mix well.
Coat the paneer cubes, onion petals and capsicum cubes with the marinade. Keep aside for 5-7 minutes.
Insert the marinated paneer, capsicum and onion petals into skewers.
Roast them on a hot skillet or grill in oven.
Serve hot with mint chutney and freshly sliced onions with lemon juice sprinkled on top.
