INGREDIENTS:
- Prawns cleaned and deveined 10-15 nos.
- Spinach 250 grams washed.
- Salt as per taste
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Chilis 1-2
- Garlic cloves 6-8 crushed
METHOD:
Serving Size: 3-4
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and stir-fry the garlic and chilis. Add the prawns and saute lightly. Remove and keep aside.
In the same pan, heat the remaining oil. Add the spinach and sauté until it is tender and cooked. Add the prawns and salt and mix well. Let the mixture cool down.
Transfer the mixture to a blender and grind it into a smooth paste.
Serve with steamed rice.
