INGREDIENTS:
- Soya Granules 200 grams
- Onions 2 finely chopped
- Ginger Paste 1 tsp
- Garlic Cloves, minced 1 tbsp
- Green Chilies 2 finely chopped
- Tomatoes 2 finely chopped
- Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
METHOD:

Soak the soya granules in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain the water and squeeze the extra water from the granules.
Heat oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds and sauté until they crackle. Add the chopped onions and stir-fry till they turn translucent.
Add the crushed garlic, ginger paste and chopped green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
Add in the tomatoes, salt and sugar. Cover and cook until the tomatoes are mushy. Add in the dry spice powders and cook for a minute.
Add the soya granules and a cup of water. Cook for another 10 minutes until the spices are well blended with the soya keema and the mixture thickens.
Garnish with coriander leaves or with a dollop of butter on top. Serve with toasted bread, pav bun or paratha.
