INGREDIENTS:
- Soya Granules 200 gram
- Onions finely 2 chopped
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Garlic cloves crushed 1tbsp
- Green chilies 2 nos. finely chopped
- Tomatoes chopped 2 nos.
- Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2tsp
- Coriander powder 1/2tsp
- Garam masala powder 1tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/2tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Oil 3tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 2tbsp
METHOD:

Soak the soya granules in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain the water and squeeze the extra water from the granules.
Heat oil in a pan add in the cumin seeds and sauté till the seeds crackle. Add the chopped onions and stir-fry till they turn translucent.
Add the crushed garlic ginger paste and chopped green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
Add in the tomatoes, salt and sugar. Cover and cook until the tomatoes are mushy. Add in the spice powders and cook for a minute.
Add the soya granules and a cup of water. Cook for another 10 minutes till the spices are mixed well with the soya keema and the mixture is thick.
Garnish with coriander leaves or with a dollop of butter on top. Serve with toasted bread or roti or paratha.
