INGREDIENTS:
- All-purpose flour, 2cups
- Tutti Frutti 1 & 1/2 cups
- Eggs 2 large
- Milk 1 cup
- Melted butter 100ml.
- Sugar powdered 100 gms
- Vanilla essence 1tsp
- Baking powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
METHOD:

Pre heat the oven to 190-degree C. In a large bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and melted butter. Gradually add eggs and vanilla essence and whisk lightly.
In another large bowl whisk flour and baking powder. Add 1 cup tutti-frutti and gently stir them in to ensure that they are evenly distributed.
Now pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and using spatula mix through cut and fold method until the ingredients are combined. Gradually add milk to bring the batter to the desired consistency.
Using an ice cream scoop or two spoons fill in the muffin cups with the prepared batter.
Drop 5-6 tutti frutti on top of each muffin batter.
Place the muffin cups on a tray and place the tray in the middle rack of the pre-heated oven. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin just comes out clean.
Place the muffin cups on a wire rack and let them cool for about 10 minutes. Do not try to take them out immediately as they make break.
NOTE: All the ingredients should be in room temperature.
