INGREDIENTS:
- All-purpose flour 1 cup
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Salt as per taste
- Oil 5 tbsp
- Paneer 2 cups crumbled
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped
- Green chilis 2 chopped
- Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
- Onion 1 chopped (Optional)
METHOD:
Serving Size: 5-6
Mix salt and 2 tbsp oil to all-purpose flour and wheat flour. Knead to a soft and smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
To make the filling mix crumbled paneer along with chopped coriander leaves, green chilis, garam masala powder and salt. Set aside.
Divide the dough into 8 equal sized balls. Roll a paratha in circle and place the stuffing in the middle.
Seal the paratha and make it in any desired shape. I made them into square shapes.
Place the paratha onto a heated skillet. Cook one side for a minute or two and flip over.
Apply oil and cook until both sides have golden spots on them.
Repeat with the remaining dough balls.
Serve hot paneer paratha with a dollop of butter on top, raita and pickled onion salad.
