INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken Breasts, boneless (cut into cubes) 500 grams
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Dried Parsley 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
- Garlic 2 tbsp minced
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
METHOD:

In a small bowl, combine the chicken pieces with oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper powder. Toss well to coat evenly.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Melt 2 tbsp butter and oil. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.
Next, add the chicken pieces to the pan. To ensure even cooking. Do not overcrowd the pan.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through or until all sides are golden brown.
Check if the chicken is cooked through. Drizzle lemon juice over chicken and stir to combine.
Serve hot, paired with herbed butter rice, cucumber-tomato salad, and tzatziki or mint Yogurt Dip.
