INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken Drumsticks 6-8
- Mustard oil 3 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Salt as per taste
- Kashmiri red chili powder/Paprika powder 2 tbsp
- Tandoori chicken masala 2 tbsp
METHOD:

In a large bowl, marinate the chicken with yogurt, salt, mustard oil, Kashmiri red chili powder, and tandoori chicken masala. Keep the chicken in the fridge to rest overnight.
Heat the grill pan. Add the chicken along with the marinade to the hot grill pan.
Cook for 10 minutes on one side. Flip the chicken and cook for another 1o minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
Alternatively, you can bake them in a pre-heated oven at 220-degree Celsius for 40-45 minutes, flipping them over halfway. Make sure to apply butter to the chicken. This will prevent the chicken from drying.
Once done, serve hot with naan or paratha.
