INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken mince 250 grams
- Rice 250 grams cooked and cooled overnight
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Onion 2 large diced
- Green Chilis 2 slit
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Carrot 1 grated
- salt as required
- Oil 2 tbsp
METHOD:
Serving Size: 3-4
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok and add half of the onions. When they turn soft add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder and green chilis. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the chicken mince and salt. Cook until they are done. Remove on to a plate.
In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil and add the remaining onions. Sauté for a minute. Add the grated carrot and a pinch of salt. Mix well and sauté for a minute.
Mix in the rice and fried chicken. Mix well and stir fry till everything is combined well.
serve hot with raita.
