INGREDIENTS:
For Tomato Sauce
- Garlic Cloves 9-10
- Onion 2 cut into quarters
- Chili Flakes 1 tsp
- Parsley 1 tsp dried
- Oregano 1 tsp dried
- Tomatoes 4-5 large roughly chopped
- Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Paprika Powder 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
For Pasta
- Macaroni Pasta 200 grams
- Salt as required
- Water to boil pasta
- Chicken 150 gram cut into cubes
- Garlic Cloves 5-6 minced
- Onion 1 medium thinly sliced
- Black Pepper Powder 1/4th tsp
- Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Cream 1 cup
- Cheese 1/2 cup grated
- Butter 3 tbsp
METHOD:
Serving Size: 3-4
Boil the pasta in a saucepot along with salt on high flame. Cook until done. Strain the excess water. Keep it aside for further use.
Heat oil in a pan. Add all the ingredients mentioned above for tomato sauce. Cook for 6-8 minutes. Let it cool down and then blend it into a smooth paste.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add chicken to the skillet. Sprinkle with chili powder and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until tender.
Add the prepared tomato sauce and the boiled pasta. Add 1/2 cup water and toss it well.
Add cream and cheese and mix well.
Transfer it to a serving dish. Garnish with grated cheese. Serve hot.
