INGREDIENTS:
- Paneer 500 gram cut into small cubes
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Onion 2 finely chopped
- Tomatoes 2 finely chopped
- Ginger Paste 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Salt as needed
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Water 1 cup
- Coriander Leaves chopped
METHOD:
Serving Size: 4-5
Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and roast them until they are nice brown in color.
Then add in the ginger paste and tomatoes and sauté for 6-8 minutes.
Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, sugar and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
Drop in the paneer pieces. Add water and bring it to a boil.
Once the gravy thickens add coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve paneer masala with either paratha, cumin rice or peas pulao.
