INGREDIENTS:
- Mutton Mince (Keema) 500 grams
- Onions 2 large, finely chopped
- Tomatoes 2 medium, finely chopped
- Green Chilis 2-3 chopped
- Ginger 1 inch grated
- Garlic 8-10 cloves minced
- Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Green Peas 1/2 cup
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Pav Buns 4-6
- Butter as needed
METHOD:

Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Sauté till golden brown.
Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and green chilis, and saute for 10-15 seconds.
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the tomatoes turn soft and the masala releases oil.
Add the minced mutton and 1/2 cup of boiled water. Lower the heat and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the keema is tender and cooked through.
Add the green peas and sprinkle garam masala powder. Simmer for 4-5 minutes. Finish with chopped coriander leaves.
Slit the pav buns, toast them with butter on a hot griddle until golden.
